About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team. You'll partner with workers, employers, insurers and treating professionals to help people recover, rebuild confidence and successfully return to work. This is a role where you'll have autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload and collaborate with key stakeholders
Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments
Deliver wellness programs and pre-employment assessments
Attend case conferences and client meetings
Provide single services, assessments, and mental health programs
Work collaboratively on joint cases within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to larger projects such as injury prevention initiatives and job dictionary development
About You
You're passionate about helping people achieve positive outcomes and thrive when working collaboratively with others. You bring empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
You'll Also Have:
Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
Occupational rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
Alignment with Prudence Rehab's values and people-first approach
