About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team. You'll partner with workers, employers, insurers and treating professionals to help people recover, rebuild confidence and successfully return to work. This is a role where you'll have autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a diverse caseload across occupational rehabilitation services
Conducting workplace, functional and vocational assessments
Delivering both face-to-face and virtual services
Facilitating return-to-work planning and stakeholder engagement
Running wellness and injury prevention initiatives
Participating in case conferences and multidisciplinary collaboration
Contributing to innovative projects across injury management and workplace health
Building trusted relationships with employers, insurers and clients
About You
You're passionate about helping people achieve positive outcomes and thrive when working collaboratively with others. You bring empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
You'll Also Have:
Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes
Occupational rehabilitation experience (highly regarded)
Alignment with Prudence Rehab's values and people-first approach
