Prudence Rehab is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to our team across regional NSW. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, quality outcomes, and team engagement.
Regional Manager – NSW
Not Just Another Leadership Role. A Chance to Shape the Future.
Most Regional Manager roles focus on numbers; we focus on supporting people to reach their potential.
At Prudence Rehab, we believe great results start with great leadership. We're looking for a Regional Manager who can inspire people, create clarity, build capability, and bring out the best in teams. Someone who understands that exceptional business performance and exceptional employee experiences go hand in hand.
As we continue to grow across NSW, this is an opportunity to lead our regional areas of NSW, influence strategy, develop future leaders and make a genuine impact on the lives of the people we support every day. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager – NSW, you'll lead a group of Team Leaders and their consultant teams, creating an environment where people thrive, customers receive exceptional service and performance follows.
What You'll Be Responsible For Leading Leaders
• Coaching and developing Team Leaders to be confident, capable, and people-first leaders.
• Creating a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous development.
• Identifying and nurturing future leadership talent.
Driving Regional Excellence
• Owning performance across return-to-work outcomes, quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Using data and insights to identify opportunities, solve challenges and elevate results.
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and sustainable growth across the region.
Building Meaningful Partnerships
• Developing strong relationships with insurers, employers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Managing complex situations with professionalism and confidence.
• Supporting business growth through trusted partnerships and exceptional service delivery.
About You
You're someone people naturally look to for guidance.
You bring energy, authenticity, and commercial thinking to leadership. You're equally comfortable supporting a Team Leader through a challenging conversation as you are reviewing performance metrics and planning for future growth.
You'll bring:
• 7+ years' experience within Occupational Rehabilitation.
• Familiarity and experience working in regional areas of NSW.
• Experience leading leaders, managers, or high-performing professionals.
• Strong knowledge of workers compensation, return-to-work, and rehabilitation services.
• A track record of building engaged teams and improving business outcomes.
• An Allied Health qualification and relevant professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or equivalent).
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout NSW.
