About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve our end-to-end talent strategy during an exciting growth phase.
This role partners closely with executives and senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance our employer brand presence nationally. You will lead a small, growing Talent team and play a critical role in shaping how Prudence Rehab attracts, engages, and hires future talent.
Location: Sydney or Brisbane
Work Style: Hybrid - Primarily remote, with occasional in-person requirements
Availability: Full time preferred; minimum 4 days considered
• Design and execute the organisation’s Talent Acquisition strategy
• Partner with leaders to forecast workforce capability needs
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and growth roles
• Bring Prudence Rehab's EVP to life across all recruitment activities and talent-facing channels.
• Provide expert guidance on sourcing, selection, and candidate experience
• Use workforce data and market insights to inform hiring decisions
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and governance
• Provide expert guidance to a growing Talent Acquisition team
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across the organisation, with primary accountability for corporate and shared services hiring
• Step into operational recruitment delivery during peak hiring periods, critical vacancies, or specialist searches
About You
You’re a confident Talent Acquisition leader who thrives on influencing strategy, building relationships, and creating future workforce capability.
You bring a balance of commercial thinking, people leadership, and operational excellence and you’re energised by working in a purpose-driven organisation where your impact is visible.
You will bring:
• Experience developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to organisational growth
• Experience leading workforce planning initiatives and forecasting future capability needs
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills at executive and senior leader level
• Demonstrated success managing recruitment across diverse role types
• Leadership capability with experience coaching or developing team members
• Data-driven decision making and understanding of recruitment analytics
• Knowledge of contemporary sourcing methodologies and candidate experience design
• Alignment with Prudence Rehab’s purpose, values, and growth journey
• Experience within healthcare or occupational rehabilitation will be highly regarded but is not essential.
