About the Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (NSW), this is a pivotal leadership position responsible for translating strategy into high-quality, consistent service delivery across the Sydney Metro region.

You’ll lead Team Leaders and consultants, ensuring performance, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved—while building a strong, engaged, and values-driven team culture.

The Role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (NSW), you will:

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and consultants

• Drive regional performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes

• Oversee service quality and return-to-work results

• Manage stakeholder relationships across insurers, brokers, and employers

• Support growth initiatives and new business opportunities

• Develop & Improve Operational Processes

About You

You’re a confident and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.

Your experience includes:

• 7+ years in occupational rehabilitation

• Proven leadership experience managing leaders or senior consultants

• Strong track record improving team and business performance

• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships

You bring:

• A strong leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels

• Commercial acumen and a performance-driven mindset

• Excellent organisation and decision-making skills

• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

• Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality mindset

• Process-oriented thinker who can translate complexity into clear workflows

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health (or equivalent)

• Current professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, etc.)

• Driver’s licence and ability to travel as required

• Police check (or willingness to obtain)
