The Role: NES Consultant (RTW focus)

You'll work with injured jobseekers and new employers to drive sustainable return-to-work outcomes—while being supported by a genuinely collaborative and passionate team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality New Employer Services (NES)

• Working with jobseekers, insurers, and host employers to support RTW goals

• Conducting assessments, vocational counselling, and job placement activities

• Building strong networks with employers and community providers

• Contributing to job dictionary and injury prevention projects (optional)

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (EPs, OTs, RCs, Psychs)

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-2 years NES experience within occupational rehab is required

• Passion for helping people return to meaningful employment

• Great relationship-building and stakeholder skills

• AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA registration (required)

• VIC-based, with travel as needed
